(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 This project is specially for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises. 3.2 It complies with the provisions of Article7 and Article 8 of the "Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Service Management Measures". 3.3 It is not included in the list of dishonest persons who to perform their obligations, the list of major tax violations and the list of serious dishonest acts in government procurement recorded on the "Credit China Website" (www.credina.gov.cn) and the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgp.gov.cn) [based on the credit records within 3 years before the deadline submitting the first response documents].
